ALUDRA – BARBERA Colli Piacentini D.O.C.

Aludra is the result of the vinification of the best Vicobarone Winery Barbera grapes. The low yield per hectare contributes to obtaining a grape with ideal qualities for a long refinement that lasts 18 months, 12 of which in oak barrels. Elegance and power are combined to produce a wine with hints of red fruits and spices in a well-balanced taste. It is the ideal pairing for game, braised meat and seasoned cheeses.
