BARBERA SECCO FRIZZANTE – D.O.C. COLLI PIACENTINI
The vinification of Barbera grapes from the Piacenza hills has a joyful and young wine as a result. The palate is fresh, savory and pleasantly tannic.
The natural high acidity makes it the ideal match for cold cuts, grilled meats but also for fish recipes as well.
Best served between 16° – 18° C.
Pairings: It is an excellent wine with savory first courses, boiled and grilled meat, like pork and beef.
